I. Payment options

We offer the following payment options unless otherwise specified in the relevant product description:

II. Detailed information about the individual payment options
1. Payment in advance by bank transfer

Conveniently transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 7 days, stating the payment reference. We will provide our bank details and the payment reference separately by email during order processing.


2. Shopify Payments
  • - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro debit and credit cards
  • - Klarna invoice"

3. PayPal

Only a few steps to pay:

  • 1. Select “PayPal” as the payment method at checkout.
  • 2. To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
  • 3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal credentials and initiate the payment. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create one and then confirm the payment. Setting up a PayPal account is not required for direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, or purchase on invoice via PayPal.

4. Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payments are made to Klarna in each case: Invoice: The payment period is 14 days from the dispatch of the goods/ticket or, in the case of other services, from the provision of the service. The invoice terms and conditions for invoice purchases for deliveries to Germany can be found at https://klarna.com/de and for deliveries to Austria at https://klarna.com/at. Installment purchase: With Klarna’s financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least EUR 6.95) or under the other conditions specified at checkout. Each installment is due at the end of the month after Klarna sends a monthly invoice. Further information about installment purchases, including the General Terms and Conditions and the European Standard Information for Consumer Credit, can be found here: https://klarna.com/account Sofort: Your account is charged immediately after you place the order. Direct debit: The amount is debited after the goods have been shipped. You will be notified of the timing by email. (Please list here only payment methods that you actually offer.)


5. Sofort by Klarna

Special provisions for integrating the invoice payment method via the payment service provider Sofort by Klarna. Please make the following changes/additions: “Sofort bank transfer – Pay easily and directly. “Sofort.” is the direct bank transfer method of Sofort GmbH – A Klarna Group Company. You pay securely and conveniently using your usual online banking details (PIN/TAN) without registration – now in the new Klarna design. After the transfer is completed, the merchant receives real-time confirmation. This allows them to ship stocked items and digital goods immediately – so you receive your purchases faster. 6. Apple Pay

You can pay with Apple Pay during the ordering process. To do so, you must confirm the payment via the “Apple Pay” service on a supported Apple device while completing the required verification steps. Apple Pay uses the payment details you have stored in the Apple Wallet app for the transaction. Further information can be found at https://apple.com


7. Google Pay

You can pay with Google Pay during the ordering process. To do so, you must confirm the payment via the “Google Pay” mobile app on a supported device while completing the required verification steps. Google Pay uses the payment details you have stored in the app for the transaction. Further information can be found at https://google.com/pay
